As every year, at the end of May, Bujor Gymnasium from the Hîncești district drew the curtain on a new chapter of the educational journey. In a festive and emotional setting, students, teachers, parents, and honored guests celebrated the end of the 2023–2024 school year.
The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Ion Agaci, the mayor of the locality, and Mrs. Ana Moisei, the secretary of the Local Council. With congratulatory and encouraging messages for the students and teaching staff, they emphasized the importance of education in shaping a responsible and engaged generation.
Mrs. Vera Moșneagu, the head of the institution, congratulated all the students for their efforts and the beautiful results achieved throughout the year, and wished the ninth-grade graduates success in their exams and in the next steps of their lives.
On behalf of the parents, Mrs. Tatiana Micu expressed sincere thanks to the teaching staff for their dedication and daily work, emphasizing the essential role of the school in the harmonious development of every child.
The moment dedicated to the 9th grade graduates was especially emotional. Guided by their class teacher Tatiana Crețu, they presented a collage of poems and songs as a token of appreciation for their teachers, concluding with a waltz full of sensitivity and hope.
The event continued with the awarding of students who stood out through academic performance and involvement in extracurricular activities. The 'Student of the Year' distinction was awarded to student Arina Gromcovschi (9th grade). Certificates of excellence were awarded to student Maria-Roxana Maftei, while first-degree diplomas were received by Maria-Roxana Maftei and Mihaela Olaru from the 9th grade, along with Andreea Moisei, Nadejda Corja, and Ana-Maria Mițco from the 6th grade. Another 11 students were rewarded with second-degree diplomas.
The students who proudly represented the gymnasium at the district stage of the school competitions were also congratulated: Alexandru Țăranu, Maria-Roxana Maftei, Mihaela Olaru, Arina Gromcovschi, and Teodor-Andrei Carauș, along with the teachers who guided them. For their extracurricular activities, Andriana Corja (4th grade), Alexandrina Doboș (6th grade), and Mihaela Olaru (9th grade) were recognized. The volleyball and basketball teams were also awarded for their results in the district competitions.
The event ended on a festive note with the traditional 'square of gratitude,' where students offered flowers to the teachers as a sign of appreciation and respect for their dedication throughout the year. The atmosphere was warm, marked by smiles, emotional tears, and the promise of a new beginning.
